During my stay, I found the room exceptionally clean and the bed incredibly comfortable. The staff were very sweet and accommodating, providing excellent service. I particularly enjoyed the free breakfast, where they took care of our needs promptly!

During my recent stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The staff were helpful and accommodating, allowing for a late checkout at noon. Location-wise, it was conveniently situated just off I95, making it easy to get back on the road.

The only downside was the absence of a pool area during my visit.

Limited parking space can be a hassle during busy times!!! Room condition issues like outdated decor, dusty vents, and poorly functioning appliances can overshadow the experience. Safety concerns over the area make it less appealing for evening returns!!!

The kids loved the breakfast choices, especially the pancakes! The location was handy for visiting the Riverbank Zoo and downtown. Our room was clean and comfortable, which made our family stay smooth and enjoyable.

My wife says that the breakfast could have more variety.

It was just a balanced option for a short stint in Columbia with great value for money. The outside of the hotel was very well lit at night, which made me feel safe. Check if the AC works properly before unpacking, as it took a while to cool down.

The room was super comfy with an alarm clock, microwave, and fridge. Loved having free toiletries and toilet paper ready. The fitness center was well-kept. The roll-in shower was helpful for our needs. Breakfast was a bonus! Very clean overall and service was impressive.

My King Room was super clean with great water pressure in the shower. Perfect location for quick access to local spots!

The location was excellent for visiting the Zoo and downtown attractions. I appreciated the kindness of the staff, who were eager to assist! Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was commendable, providing a pleasant environment during my stay.

However, the breakfast selection could definitely use an upgrade, it felt a bit limited.

how do you run a hotel without cleaning the room? my trash was piled up, and clean towels were nowhere to be found. also, don’t get me started on that breakfast—cold eggs and cheap, chemical butter? ! i expected at least some acknowledgment for my inconvenience, but alas, none was provided. disappointing!

The King Room was really comfy and clean, which was a big plus! I loved that it had a fridge and microwave, super convenient for snacks and drinks. Also, the staff was super nice and accommodating. On the downside, the breakfast could use some improvement. it was just okay, and the milk tasted a bit off at times. But overall, a solid stay!
